Why wouldn't the NYPD arrest Delita Hooks.  Why are they protecting her and perhaps her employer Dr. Andrew Fagelman?   In light of how many false arrests why aren't they arresting a violent medical receptionist who has permanently damaged my eye and neck and no arrest.


The violent lunatic at the front desk was so out of hand and abusive -- to this day clueless she has done anything wrong including severe damage to my body and my mind --- but it was a video camera that I did not hide and gave her a heads up that did not shame her in to stopping but going every further.

This video is evidence the NYPD did not use to arrest her for assault and a false cross complaint.

Det John Vergona wasn't the only corrupt detective involved in fixing a crime a violent assault by a medical receptionist/office manager who got out from behind a long closed off desk to continue to violate my patient rights and she did from my privacy, to my rights to a safe environment to my body...thanks to corrupt cops at the First Precinct Delita Hooks is like a Jodi Arias who has not idea after 7 months and 11 days she did something very wrong.

She provoked me over and over with her verbal assault to go get help from my MD who had just removed a cyst from my elbow using 2 painful numbing injections to do so.

Well yesterday I found out the hole in my retina Delita Hooks made that I had to get surgery on has now formed scar tissue that could mess up my vision and I have to monitor this eye and possible fall-out from the scar tissue.

Det Vergona and get this -- because Delita Hooks and Dr. Fagelman had Jen Desmond slander me on YouTube posting a comment that is an utter lie  -- I did not pick a fight.  I was there for medical care and was not going to take an irrational verbal beat down from a supposed medical professional and did they tell a patient to come to my YouTube on their defense?  Does Dr. Fagelman beg patients to write nice yelp reviews because there are how many warning patients how awful Dr. Fagelman and his receptionist are?  Because of Jen's cruel treatment of a crime victim I did learned some information being withheld from me all these months including the name of the detective that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint and never contacted me.


Well Det. John Vergona was too much of a coward and a corrupt cop to meet me to see the damage to my eye.  Det. John Vergona said to me "I don't care if you have 2 black eyes." 

So yesterday I learned the lasted in the damage from Delita Hooks and Det John Vergona's abuse and role in this caused me more harm and his role messed up even me getting the care -- all of this has because I have to spend so much time fighting for Justice.

I am waiting for Delita Hooks to be arrested for a violent assault that damaged my eye and neck and for a false cross complaint.

I had to tell my Mom yesterday.  I pray to G-d all involved are punished including Det John Vergona in some karmic way.

The YouTube above  is just over 10 min. excerpt.....It does not even give you the true upset of being told yes I can come in and report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint but when I get there I am told Sgt Chen must have been confused! I call Sgt. Chen, he refused to get on the phone, reported Chen to IAB & CCRB. Try calling DI Winski twice because 1st time they put me thru to community affairs & in my opinion Schatz corrupt so I did not leave a message.   I had reported Schatz and his relationship to The Mercer Hotel and IAB did nothing...Schatz "promoted" to community affairs to better fix for the rich? I write him a letter. Ed Winski treated me non-human zero as well.

The treatment by NYPD and even IAB so far is like the early stages of Nazi Germany.  Sgt. Agnes IAB  like Ed Winski has not returned my calls.  Sgt Decker of IAB said everyone will be interviewed and just like 01 Det Squad John Vergona 7 months have gone by and still everyone involved has not been interviewed.


Detectives that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint never contacted me! Det John Vergona in my opinion a corrupt cop refused repeatedly to meet me to see the damage to my arm and defensive wounds on my arm. His supervisors are corrupt as well which makes me wonder does Dr. Fagelman, Hooks boss get fixing from NYPD for his “help”? Remember Chief Marino?

After waiting I see DI Ed Winski but decide to not approach as he looks at his watch than goes in to a meeting. I go to get fresh air and stand by the exit. A good cop invites me to come back in sit down and wait but Sgt. Schwartz comes and shoes me out like an animal. He says he has my letter to Winski and to leave. Last time I checked a precinct is a public space. I didn't post that audio but the audio above inside 01 you hear me call Internal Affairs, CCRB as well as PO Migori at the front desk telling me I can't report a false cross complaint and Sgt Chen must be confused....  I can't wait to learn how many years Sgt. Chen has been an NYPD officer.

Everyone watching this says this is crazy.

I am a victim of a violent assault yet the NYPD never treat me as a victim both further victimize me violating my civil rights and human rights.

Does Dr. Fagelman have friends in the NYPD?  I would love to know if he has prescribed NYPD with viagra or HGH??????  Just wondering out loud since Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks and the NYPD handling so very strange well it is all is just sick.

Without surgery I would have lost my vision and Delita Hooks damaged my neck which was a mess before she pulled and pulled my hair including after I got her down on the ground to attempt to stop her from punching me  and ripping out my hair as well as kicking me.

I know the NYPD in part did what they did because of a series of biases but I can't help but wonder did Dr. Fagelman contact NYPD pals that he prescribes Viagra and HGH -- no he could not prescribe HGH because NYPD aren't allowed to take that right?  If they did maybe the woman who assaulted me knows about that?  No they wouldn't have NYPD pals doing fixing and favors would they.

Meanwhile I hand out Justice cards and People cannot get over how crazy violent and unprofessional Delita Hooks is and was not fired.  That day I felt so beautiful I told a really good looking younger guy and she robbed me of that.  She was so violent crazy like she was on steroids or something.  The cute guy told me I am still beautiful.  I don't feel it being a victim of a violent assault financed by Dr. Fagelman -- yes fagelman did not fire her and paid her for her violent assault on company time.

Nowing how many NYPD have adulterous affairs and hirer strippers for parties do you think any get Viagra party favors from Dr. Fagelman?  No Fagelman just pays Delita Hooks to assault other MD's patients that try to get medical care without being verbally assaulted -- interfered with by Delita running to the door to get in front of them to violently give them the finger..../////???
