The entire point of opening the investigation was the Det John Vergona coerced me in to dropping charges and guess what IAB kept telling me case is open and told Bill DeBlasio's rep the case is open and guess what the case is closed without EVER investigating it Lt. Anges of the Intergrity Bureau just stated that I dropped charges so case is closed.

I just learned Lt Anges closed the IAB case in to Det John Vergona Feb 13 and let Det John Vergona retired without Lt. Anges ever calling me to interview me so to date the NYPD detectives met with Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent receptionist Delita Hooks and not me.  Than IAB Sgt Decker gave me Lt. Anges name and said IAB will interview every body and instead IAB never interviewed me and Agnes closed the case like everyone is getting Viagra from Dr Fagelman and Deilta Hooks.

So I said to Ray Kelly and Campisi's young lawyer, your clients are asking for 60 days to benefit from Internal Affairs allowing Det John Vergona to retire when Internal Affairs which Chief Campisi heads.  IAB is not suppose to let police being investigated retired and IAB let Vergona do so and now Kelly and Campisi want to benefit and with all this stop and frisk scandal they will be retiring in 120 days as well?

What I learned today:  Det John Vergona and Lt. Angelo Burgos were allowed to retired despite

IAB having an open investigation in to Det John Vergona and IAB is not suppose to allow 

NYPD being investigated to retire.  Burgos was on terminal leave that has nothing to do with 

cancer but he was still Vergona’s supervisor along with Sgt Chen and I was emailing Burgos and even took my 

email to Lt. Angelo Burgos asking for Sgt Chen and Det Vergona’s badge numbers to 

NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly, Chief Campisi and DI Ed Winski asking them as well for badge numbers that were never given to me.

Kelly and Campisi’s lawyer want as much time as possible to delay me getting Justice in my opinion because told me Vergona had retired and I told her IAB should not have allowed Det Vergona or Lt. Burgos retire because this is an open case and now your clients want to benefit from IAB’s wrong doing with a delay of 60 days?  I say I wasn’t open to 60 days.

Anyone who uses the term "Inspector General" does not know what they are talking about.

The Wall St Journal published my letter "Betrayal at Ground Zero' and The NY Times a letter asking for  sizeable raise for the NYPD and FDNY after 9-11 and now I have my first lawsuit and in it I tell you CCRB -- that is the civilian complaint review board, IAB that is Internal Affairs Bureau and NYC's Gov Commission to Combat Police Corruption are either inept or corrupt or both.

An NYPD inspector general is not a viable option but another agency "inside NYC gov" that would cost more money generate more paper work and bogus reports and do what they all do including mayor Bloomberg and Ray kelly and that is protect "The NYPD Brand" a term I made up.

Here is the video proving without a doubt I was violently attacked by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist who is also his office manager named Delita Hooks although I dubbed her the Jodi Arais of medical reception desks the NYPD helped get away with everything but murder.

The NYPD met with her but refused to met with me underscoring Delita Hooks irrational verbal assault telling me I have no rights.

The NYPD clearly agreed with her so you will see in my lawsuit I point out the NYPD and in my opinion also IAB violated my 14th amendment rights.

Word on the street is the NYPD are out of control.

Why are spending all this money on video systems like "Domain" and a video system they can wear when the NYPD are fixing crime and in my case ignoring video evidence that proved Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.  Now the video proves the NYPD also fixed a violent crime which may mean a far more serious 2nd eye surgery to repair my eye.  The video goes black from Delita Hooks running punch to my eye.

Judge Mollen requested a permenent outside monitor and it means we need a new mayor to get that outside monitor instead of a bogus Inspector General for some fat cat who is already collecting an NYC gov pension.

In the NYDN article residents say they are glad because NYPD can lie and it is their word against a lying cop but I am a victim of a violent crime the NYPD fixed and there was a whole lot of lying by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist/office manager and my video is enough to prove Delita Hooks violently attacked me when she could have closed the door and the video proves her false cross complaint is yet another crime corrupt cops fixed for her and used without ever meeting me-- they just met her and fixed a violent crime for a MD's office at 155 Spring st where a patient that was me was hurt because I never put down my 2 bags, my arm numb and never put down my phone as I was not interested in fighting a crazy violent sicko who to date does not understand right from wrong and with an employer that won't fire her and the NYPD fixing for that medical office it appears the NYPD as evil and do not know right from wrong.
