That sure makes the Manhattan DA the NYPD, Dr Andrew Fagelman who did not fire her and internal affairs look far worse than the NFL!  Ray Rice apologized Delita Hooks still lying including she and NYPD IAB police reports and Delite signed a letter to her NYPD fixers threatening me get again warning me not to come forward the report assault charges again or else she would file yet another (false) cross complaint read to me by IAB lt Mary O'Donnell and she didn't think that was a crime wrong or inappropriate threatening me and the signed letter warning me not to come forward.

I'm still receiving treatment for the attack at Dr. Andrew Fagrlman 's by Delita Hooks. The whole she made in my retina from a running punch to Mayeye and then grabbing my hair jerking my neck back to trying drag me by my hair to the elevator quest permanent damage that has to be monitored especially the hole in my retina that developed into a macular pucker.  

Ask the Manhattan DA about the two videos.   Ask them is it normal for a receptionist office manager to come out from behind a desk file later patients rights repeatedly been violated patient's body repeatedly be permanent damage to their eye and neck I can barely turn my neck I can turn it but it's really painful in the range of motion is limited.  I am traumatized and damaged for life not only from the doctor before the New York Police Department an internal fares but ask the Manhattan DA about the video below and why they think she is not been fired or arrested.  If they say I drop charges they were notified that I was threatened that I feared for my safety which is stated in the police report and then I can prove that the NYPD lied and police reports they threatened me and force me against my will to drop charges.  

Ron Kuby letter shorthand for my client is being coerced to drop charges against her well but it gets better my attack or threatens me yet again in a signed letter that internal affairs read to me but they didn't think that was strange or wrong.  That is how corrupt a moral and criminal the internal affairs and amoral.

Detective  John Vergona -- stated he did not care if I had two black eyes.  I was assaulted Oct. 1, 2012.  I did not post the YouTube until Oct 4, 2012 when Det John Vergona and his pals at the medical office starting shocking abuse of me the victim.   I am now suing even though I did not go thru FALSE ARREST but agreed twice to false arrest with a hole in my retina and bulging and herniated disk in my neck from the attack and not from the attack a collapsed bladder.

Oct 16, 2012 in my opinion a corrupt evil NYPD detective who never met refusing repeatedly and I have an email with his lie he would go to the office and interview everybody told me he just learned she filed a cross complaint the next day (Oct 2) and Det Vergona   yelled at me over the phone you are going to drop the charges or I am going to arrest you. 


Det John Vergona demanded immediate arrest Oct 16, 2012 and than decided Oct. 20 Saturday Oct 20 arrest the Jew on the Sabbath?  Are you anti-Semitic? He refused to answer and also did not answer why I had to wait 4 days.  IAB let him and his supervisor Lt Angelo Burgos retire!



 (You should know threatening a victim of a crime forcing them to drop charges is a crime called coercion but he did not succeed in coercing me until Oct. 20, 2012 when Ron Kuby reached him.  Ron Kuby told me Det Vergona what to make me further suffer and others told me the same hence the Saturday 4pm arrest time so I would spend the weekend in jail for not dropping the charges.  The goal was to humiliate me and make me suffer.  He lied and I have his DD5 a record of our phone conversation a complete fabrication.  I have more police notes from their lawyer and conversations with their lawyer so look out the NYPD are not shy about lying.  I have audio of some conversations.  Just and FYI and I told their lawyer my audio tells a different story than your client NYPD Sgt Chen of the First Precinct Det Squad who told me I could report a false cross complaint and than 2 hours later when I got there Nov 20, 2012 turned me away without meeting me and I have the conversations all on tape with him refusing to come down and face me.  In my opinion they are abusive, evil, verbally violent although we never met in person because they were too busy fixing crime and sealing my attackers false cross complaint (a serious crime) with their crime of coercion.

Lt Agnes Integrity bureau who I was told did not have any supervisors never contacted me like Det Andy Dwyer and his partner who's name I do not know or I would have included in the lawsuit...maybe the 2nd lawsuit will adde their partner's names as "John Doe".

The corrupt detectives met with my attacker and acted like they got viagra from the MD.  They sealed her false cross complaint in under a year.  No one met with me. Thanks again and I hope you all will help me continue to make this YouTube go viral.  The Federal Lawsuit is still on going and I have submitted abusive comments on behalf of those involved to Internal Affairs etc.  

I am told the case is now open but the NYPD is not doing anything if they do anything at all until after my lawsuit and lawyers said that is NYPD just making yet another excuse.

The NYPD interfered with/ violated my Constitutional Rights and due process.  I called the DA and the Attorney General's office told me to go back to the DA that turned me away and told me IAB had to contact them.  Thanks to Dr Fagelman and corrupt cops I feel so traumatized beyond the horrific unprofessional and lying violent Delita Hooks.  At least she isn't abusing patients anymore and if she hits anybody else she may not get fixing and favors and threat victims yet again in a letter to the NYPD ever again?

The NYPD sealed her false cross complaint but there was also a letter to her NYPD Pals who sealed her false cross complaint in under 1 year and in the letter she further HARASSES and THREATENS ME  and reminder Det John Vergona also harassed me and threatened me... and isn't that witness tampering but there was a lot of witness tampering involved including the NYPD, IAB and YouTube comments on behalf of all involved?


Still no ARRESTS of Delita Hooks and Det Vergona and all NYPD and IAB involved but the NYPD know a lot about crime and covering up for the Blue Wall of Corruption as well as NYPD PBA and Internal Affairs Bureau fixing and favors?

I want the phone records, and IAB notes as well as NYPD regarding my case and all players involved files on them....yes I do and subpoena power if not now than when I get a new Commission in to NYPD and Internal Affairs Bureau corruption.

Dr Andrew Fagelman told my private investigator I was not his patient and he never met me.  Now my MD that shared the office demanded Delita Hooks be fired.   Dr FAgelman does not know his receptionist office manager is not allowed to violate other patients of MD's that share the office -- he doesn't know Delita Hooks is not allowed to violate other patient's rights repeatedly as well as their bodies.  Dr Fagelman said he could not comment on whether he spoke to the police.  

Not one woman in that video asked are you all right.   I do not know their names and I only learned Delita Hooks after the NYPD coerced me to drop charges on Saturday Oct 20th so the NYPD broke the law as well as coercion is  a serious  crime not a policing tool.  



Ron Kuby blog post has a two paragraphs up top a must read about Det John Vergona threatening me -- how even the NYPD police report states I feared for my safety and how the NYPD and IAB are using Ron's letter but the letter is like a NEON sign I WAS COERCED vs my attacker's letter that threatens me and harasses me yet again but right in a letter to her NYPD pals that sealed her false cross complaint with her crime of coercion.
