Lt Angelos Burgos  wrote I was uncooperative --- that was a  lie.  I have phone records and even an emails to prove it.


I never was contacted by Lt Burgos but I found out he was a supervisor so I contacted him via email asking for badge numbers of Det Vergona and Sgt Chen.  At the time I had no idea of Detective Andy  Dwyer's existence.  To date I still do not have their badge numbers.

Lt Burgos had to know that Vergona's DD5 a lie if he watched the video and that Det Andy Dwyer never contacted me.  He didn't think it was strange?  Lt Angelo Burgos lied and wrote I was uncooperative unless he meant I would not cooperate with the NYPD's crime of coercion and sealing my attacker's false cross complaint in under one year?

Burgos had to know that and Lt Burgos and my attacker Delita Hooks's NYPD detectives never contacted me.  Lt Anges of the Integrity Bureau never contacted me but fixed it for Det Vergona.  I called Lt Agnes office after he did not ever call me and asked for a supervisor.  I was told he does not have a supervisor.

CCRB forwarded my case to IAB but IAB sent to the Integrity Unit to close the case out.

AG Investigative Unit told me to contact the Manhattan DA as well but DA said IAB had to bring the case to the DA not me.

Detective  John Vergona -- stated he did not care if I had two black eyes.  I was assaulted Oct. 1, 2012.  I did not post the YouTube until Oct 4, 2012 when Det John Vergona and his pals at the medical office starting shocking abuse of me the victim.   I am now suing even though I did not go thru FALSE ARREST but agreed twice to false arrest with a hole in my retina and bulging and herniated disk in my neck from the attack and not from the attack a collapsed bladder.

Oct 16, 2012 in my opinion a corrupt evil NYPD detective who never met refusing repeatedly and I have an email with his lie he would go to the office and interview everybody told me he just learned she filed a cross complaint the next day (Oct 2) and Det Vergona   yelled at me over the phone you are going to drop the charges or I am going to arrest you. 


Det John Vergona demanded immediate arrest Oct 16, 2012 and than decided Oct. 20 Saturday Oct 20 arrest the Jew on the Sabbath?  Are you anti-Semitic? He refused to answer and also did not answer why I had to wait 4 days.  IAB let him and his supervisor Lt Angelo Burgos retire!



 (You should know threatening a victim of a crime forcing them to drop charges is a crime called coercion but he did not succeed in coercing me until Oct. 20, 2012 when Ron Kuby reached him.  Ron Kuby told me Det Vergona what to make me further suffer and others told me the same hence the Saturday 4pm arrest time so I would spend the weekend in jail for not dropping the charges.  The goal was to humiliate me and make me suffer.  He lied and I have his DD5 a record of our phone conversation a complete fabrication.  I have more police notes from their lawyer and conversations with their lawyer so look out the NYPD are not shy about lying.  I have audio of some conversations.  Just and FYI and I told their lawyer my audio tells a different story than your client NYPD Sgt Chen of the First Precinct Det Squad who told me I could report a false cross complaint and than 2 hours later when I got there Nov 20, 2012 turned me away without meeting me and I have the conversations all on tape with him refusing to come down and face me.  In my opinion they are abusive, evil, verbally violent although we never met in person because they were too busy fixing crime and sealing my attackers false cross complaint (a serious crime) with their crime of coercion.


Monday after I was successfully coerced and I had contacted Internal Affairs and CCRB Ron Kuby wrote "I agree to drop the charges against MY ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges.  I learned her letter threatened me yet again to her police buddies who never even contacted me.  In my opinion Detective Andy Dwyer http://www.linkedin.com/pub/andrew-dwyer/23/843/522  17 years on the job how many times as Det Andy Dwyer refused to contact a victim of a savage attack and fixed it sealing the violent attackers false cross complaint with  I allege their gang crime of coercion?    I still do not have any of their badge numbers.


Lt Agnes Integrity bureau who I was told did not have any supervisors never contacted me like Det Andy Dwyer and his partner who's name I do not know or I would have included in the lawsuit...maybe the 2nd lawsuit will adde their partner's names as "John Doe".

The corrupt detectives met with my attacker and acted like they got viagra from the MD.  They sealed her false cross complaint in under a year.  No one met with me. Det Vergona refused to go over to the office and interview everyone... Dr Andrew Fagelman told my private investigator I was not his patient and he never met me.  Now my MD that shared the office demanded Delita Hooks be fired.   Dr FAgelman does not know his receptionist office manager is not allowed to violate other patients of MD's that share the office -- he doesn't know Delita Hooks is not allowed to violate other patient's rights repeatedly as well as their bodies.  Dr Fagelman said he could not comment on whether he spoke to the police.

Note from Suzannah.  I already got a copy of Delita a Hooks false criminal report which I allege corrupt cops including in IAB know of and to date have not had her arrested so I wonder if they gave me Schoolcraft treatment as well as retaliated against me for being a whistle blower including on IAB as well as corrupt cops????

Delita Hooks could have closed the door but she didn't.  I was told by  Det John Vergona (Vergogna means shame in Italian) told me they all said it was me but guess what they didn't watch the video where Delita Hooks was clearly the aggressor and she could have closed the door.

I still believe there are some good NYPD out there but not many sad to say because where are they?

They did not go to IAB on my behalf and I went to the Internal Affairs Bureau and it is one year and 20 days and IAB got the case 1 year ago and I know they have seen the video, my medical records and Delita Hooks false cross complaint.  They let Det John Vergona retired and they sent his crime of coercion to the Integrity Bureau and Lt. Agnes refused to contact me and interview me.   He said my allegations unfounded.

He wasn't alone -- I have audio of Internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing to listen to me and stating case close.  She references Ron Kuby's letter and it wasn't exactly what I agreed to but when I got the City's Motion to dismiss greatly moved to actually read it.

He wrote I agree to drop the charges against my attacker if she drops her charges against me.

Well he left out "her alleged" charges but he did good.

Any person with half a brain would ask why would I drop the charges against my attacker?

Why would a famed criminal lawyer write a letter with the word "ATTACKER" if not to send a message but the NYPD and IAB where committed to covering up Det John Vergona's crime of coercion and Delita Hooks crime of assault and false criminal report also a serious crime.

interesting because they start just when Det John Vergona becomes extremely abusive and acts with prejudice against me and stop when I file a lawsuit against the NYPD and IAB and IAB has a tape recording of one of their women officers, I believe a Sgt that says she refuses to investigate aggravated harassment because no NYPD involved.  If no NYPD involved why did the aggravated harassment stop when I filed suit against the NYPD and why did "someone" try taking down my Det John Vergona YouTube if not NYPD or connected to NYPD?

Changed the title this morning ---- if you click on the white letters of the title on the top of the YouTube it will take you to the youtube and in the text portion you can click on the links to her false cross complaint, the lawsuit against the City, NYPD and IAB as well as other links and info on her violating my patient rights as well as my body, lying blaming me, NYPD fixing the savage attack and Internal Affairs also involved in covering up NYPD crime of coercion.

This morning I changed the title removing the word "violently", adding the word LIED and an exclamation mark to help the video in my goal for it to go viral as one year and 19 days and No Justice.

When I got an actual copy of her false criminal report also a serious crime I added "NYPD Fixed" to the title and added the link to her false criminal report because it proves beyond a doubt the NYPD and IAB fixed this savage crime and proof is no arrest and Det John Vergona was allowed to retire and the City of New York and NYPD chose to pay his legal bills and allow him to be served at One Police Plaza so I caught the NYPD and IAB go way out of their way to protect a cop guilty of coercion.
