I was savagely assaulted and sustained serious injuries because Delita Hooks, Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist came out from behind a closed off counter to menace me provoking me first to seek help from my MD that shared the office who sadly was already in with another patient and than when Delita Hooks got between me and the door to violently give me the finger....
Delita Hooks provoked me to start filming. You can see she could have easily closed the door but she wanted me blood. You can hear me tell her not to touch me and instead she continues to escalate the assault.
Det. John Vergona knew I sustained serious injuries as I had told him and faxed him medical reports but he refused repeatedly to meet me in person to see the wounds to my eye and defensive marks on my forearm. Det John Vergona refused to meet the victim of a violent assault at a medical office and he never went over to the office to interview everybody as he told me. IAB told me the same and to date they haven't done so either. The 2 detectives that got Delita Hooks false cross complaint never contacted me! The fix was in.
Vergona told me "I don't care if you have 2 black eyes."
Detective John Vergona decided I was to spend a weekend in jail to punish me for not bending to his emotional pistol whipping in my opinion which included him yelling at me "YOU ARE GOING TO DROP THOSE CHARGES!!!!!!!!!! I refused repeatedly to do so and agreed to be false arrested twice Oct. 16th and than he decided I would have to wait 4 days until Oct. 20th for a weekend stay. I had mentioned a Judge would take one look at the video and toss out his false arrest of me and I would sue.
Det John Vergona knew I also had a collapsed bladder not from the assault and he clearly wanted me to suffer. He knew I had serious damage because Delita Hooks made a running punch to my eye as I held my bags and she hurt my neck bad.
In my opinion Det. John Vergona wanted to inflict more suffering and pain than I had already suffered by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's violent receptionist and I looked up the definition of torture by the United Nations and in my opinion Det. John Vergona's weekend plan to punish me for not dropping charges knowingly using a false cross complaint falls under the UN's definition.
I had a hole in my retina not that Det. John Vergona cared to know as he refused repeatedly to meet with me and told me he didn't care if I had a black eye....damage to my cervical spine and a collapsed bladder and the video proves Delita Hooks is the aggressor and violently assaulted me first threatening me with bodily harm and Det. John Vergona did not go to the DA but threatened with with a weekend in jail if I did not drop the charges clearly using a false cross complaint.
I would never have dropped the charges except he finally did succeed in forcing me to drop the charges against my will because of the severity of my injuries from the violent assault Det. John Vergona was gong to make disappear.
Commissioner Ray Kelly any comment?
