The YouTube has 4,380 views -- 3am wake-up -- assault -- false cross complaint, Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St and NYPD role evil as well as Delita Hooks assaulting me repeatedly and lying including to the NYPD all who saw the video and knew she was lying.  

Dr Fagelman evil did not fire Delita Hoojs so he financed the assault and damage to my eye and neck.


The detectives who got her false cross complaint never contacted me and Det John Vergona in my opinion a racist prejudice cop at least when it comes to Jews refused to meet me to see damage to my eye and defensive wounds to my arm.

The 01 Det Squad under Lt Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen believe in not meeting with the victim of a violent crime and the 2nd set of detectives told not to contact me because they were going to fix it - make this go away and why and for whom?

Does Dr Fagelman have a special relationship with NYPD besides Vergona's biases towards me. He could not hide via our few phone calls he had more than one.

Vergona decided I had to wait 4 days to be arrested -- Oct 20th Saturday.  I told IA I believe he never had Delita Hooks alerted she was to turn herself in Oct 16 when I first agreed to be false arrested and than the 20th when Vergona decided I must wait 4 days.

Det John Vergona could not explain why I had to wait 4 days to be false arrested until Saturday.

Note:  We (a group of folks)  believe an NYPD officer or someone close to the First Precinct who may also have a special relationship with Dr. Fagelman and his office has been menacing me on line.  I have contacted Internal Affairs and Capt. Timoney the new commander of the First Precinct.

Retired NYPD and specialists in Investigations all agreed I was violently assaulted and The First Precinct should have arrested Delita Hooks, Dr. Fagelman's violent receptionist office manager.

This case is still open and being investigated by Internal Affairs.   The same Internal Affairs the betrayed NYPD Officer Joe Sanchez 30+ years ago and Adrian Schoolcraft, the same NYPD that set-up all of these whistle blowers and now it looks like they are treating me in a similar fashion.

Suzannah, from what I've seen of the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dh9TedhfthE&sns=emwhere you were assaulted by the doctor's receptionist while you were at the doctor's office, and the NYPD avoiding taking proper action to fully investigate and make an arrest on your behalf, it's a disgrace and an embarrassment to every good cop that took an oath to serve and protect. I've received good feedback from retired cops who saw the video and morally support you in having your day in court and seeing that justice is done.

I, being a former NYPD cop, know what the NYPD upper echelon is capable of doing when it comes to a cover up as I wrote in my book "True Blue: A Tale of the enemy within" For You Tube to have removed the  full video on your attack and flagging it as being a form of bulling, harassment, and censorship, is unbelievable. There are worst-case scenario on You Tube.

I have not heard from Capt Brendan Timoney and IA as I continue to wait for her arrest and the NYPD censured.

Well Det. John Vergona repeatedly refused to meet me when he could not understand which eye had the black eye for some reason this corrupt detective refused to meet me in person to see the defensive wounds to my arm and the blood in and around my eye because I stood there like a human pinata.

The corrupt detectives who took her false cross complaint to supposedly investigate never contacted me.

Sgt. Chen, Lt. Burgos, DI Ed Winski all notified Delita Hooks walked in to the First Precinct and filed a false complaint and Internal Affairs notified as well and I recorded via audio like Adrian Schoolcraft me being turned away by NYPD Police officer at the front desk.  I have her name and she checked with Sgt. Chen who had told me to come down in person to report the false complaint. He had agreed on the phone I had the right to report the crime but once I got there this man like all the detectives involved in fixing this crime just like Adrian Schoolcraft's audio tapes prove NYPD fixing crime all never met me.

Vergona says Delita Hooks has no criminal record in NY.  He refused to check else where.  I did not know she was married but I know he did not check under her maiden name.  My gut feeling and opinion she has done this before but her victims never came forward but I found yelp review that sounds like Delita's same styled abuse and 2 years before mine.  She has other critics describe her attitude problems and Fagelman's staff's unprofessional behavior but the NYPD could not be bothered but want to fix this crime and make it go away.  I was asked does Dr Fagelman have NYPD friends who did fixing for him.  Ditto Delita Hooks?

I found a review that specially describes could it be Delita berating another victim read this and Elizabeth you being berated and yelled at by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's "bi polar" staff as you describe them lucky because after berating me she assaulted me almost blinding me.

Dr. Fagelman is a great guy!  I would give him a full 5 stars!  He will always take time to make sure he catches up with you and reviews all previous health concerns.  He will revise your medications if things aren't working and will recommend alternatives that he may like better.  He does a lot of tests in house which makes you feel like you have been thoroughly examined.

However, his staff can be hit or miss.  There have been times when everything goes smoothly and I get my prescriptions called in on time, there are other times when I have to call them repeatedly day after day for it to get done.  Sometimes I can get a same-day appointment with him before he even opens for office hours, other times I will stop in and get yelled at by his staff to call before I come.  Once I was even berated over the phone for calling to get a referral faxed to my allergist.  

I hate that I can't give him a full-on 5 star approval, but the office is just so bipolar.  I have told him about it too and things seemed to get  better for awhile, but then it regressed.  If he wasn't so great and if the location wasn't so convenient, I would have switched doctors.

Elizabeth FYI Dr. Andrew Fagelman is a very bad evil creep who financed this assault where I was almost blinded and
did not fire her but paid her.  According to your review he had warning signs she had a problem with her temper -- yelling and berating patients --- I just am the first to document with my iphone and that was way after the verbal assault -- when she began stalking me as I tried to find my MD to get her assistance with Dr. Fagelman's out of control road raging receptionist who than got between me and the door to give me the finger.

NYPD internal Affairs 01 Det Squad Tonight Make Complaint Against Detectives that Took Delita Hooks False Complaint

Tonight months after I was first assaulted -- I called Internal Affairs -- I am disconnected three times and than I get voice mail.  I leave a message if there is anyone there with integrity call me back.

I do get a call back and I make new complaints against the detectives from the First Precinct Det. Squad who took Delita Hooks false complaint and never called me just like Det John Vergona refused repeatedly to meet me in person to see the defensive wounds and damage to my eye.  To this day Det. John Vergona has not met me and lied repeatedly to me that he was going to the office to interview everybody. He never went.

I want to testify about CCRB and the NYPD any and all opportunities I want to tell what happened.

The corrupt cops had not problem with Delita Hooks berating me coming out from behind that enclosed counter where she sits way up front and she hurt me physically far more than the little boy in the video.

Nice -- so the NYPD arrest a 7 year old bully and handcuff him and interrogate him but a 40 year old bully who is suppose to be a professional in the medical community can threaten me with bodily harm, repeatedly assault me and I caught that beginning of the assault on video when she takes off her shoes she ran and punched me in the eye and caused a hole in my retina, hurt my neck worse than it was, kicked me in the groin but I continued to make distance and ripped out my hair

After the third assault to my body I defend myself fighting back.

John Vergona must be either shockingly stupid or lazy because when he threatened with me false arrest if I did not drop the assault charges because Delita Hooks committed another serious crime and false a false cross complaint Det. John Vergona of the First Precinct asked me why did I walk by her?

Well John look and see she got out from behind the long reception desk where she sits up front and stalked and menaced me and than stood at the door as I exited violently giving me the finger.

I thought I was a safe distance away to start filming to document but she continue to move towards me even using the door she could have easily closed as she says get out and I am out.

The NYPD went over the top with the little boy even if he is a bully and the aided and abetted Delita Hooks I call the creature from Planet rage a violent power keg in my opinion.

I hope my video makes it harder for her to hurt other people because the NYPD failed to be honest and do their jobs.

The NYPD detectives that took Delita Hooks false cross complaint never contacted me and Det. John Vergona never went over to the office to interview everybody.

My MD and her partner moved out.

I had to get laser surgery to repair the hole in my eye.

I have never touched a women's hair in life but I don't think it was a first for Delita Hooks who ripped out my hair.  I grabbed hers when she would not let go.

The NYPD really can't seem to get it right.

If Wilson is a bully and a thief than it still appears they NYPD went to far holding him too long but the NYPD aided and abetted the medical receptionist who assaulted me in my opinion and it is still an open case because Internal Affairs has it.

This was me before Delita Hooks at age 50 feeling beautiful and happy.

Note the very heavy bag on my shoulder.

When Delita Hooks attacked me I never put down my bags proving she is a violent creature and a bully.

I had my bag on my left arm along with the smaller bag and my arm was numb because I had 2 injections in it.

Look at the rage at her.

Look at the photo of me after.  Do you see rage? No, just disbelief.

There are two defensive marks on my left arm I believe from the key on her wrist that became like a weapon.

She and the women in the video lied about me to the NYPD not knowing I had the video.

My MD immediately came to me and her medical assistant got her.

The NYPD never interviewed her and her medical assistant.

I have aged a lot and I am still in shock.  My MD demanded Dr. Fagelman fire Delita Hooks but Dr. Fagelman refused.  Delita Hooks went right back to her desk after violating my patient rights and basic human rights.   A medical office is suppose to be a safe place but the NYPD were not any better.

It changed how I view the NYPD because it wasn't one cop but a group and now I wait for Internal Affairs and they tell me they are back logged.

Gee I wonder why?

Maybe Vergona was going to her notified after I spent a weekend in jail being punished for what by corrupt John Vergona. 

He has never even met me. He refused to meet me the first day he called me when I wanted to show him black eye and defensive marks on my left arm!

This was doctors offices and I did nothing to provoke this and no one from a medical staff has a right to hit a patient!!!!!!!!!
