Det Andy Dwyer "Delita Hooks" special NYPD detective has never met me or called me. His partner in my opinion in crime the detective who got my complaint filed the day before Det John Vergona has never met me and I would like these NYPD detectives and the women in this video that lied about me if in fact they did the women in the video below not knowing there was a video all charged with accessories to a violent crime but it is 9 days and 6 months now and all involved (including IAB) for all I know are trying to figure out how to fix this like they fixed me being violently assaulted.
It took me over 9 months and 6 days until 3:46Pm today to learn the Det I called "Delita Hooks' special Detective Andy Dwyer --- to learn his name and the spelling! I just learned it so I am in shock.
Dr Andrew Fagelman Internist MD Soho 155 Spring Street How would you like to be savagely assaulted like this as a patient in a medical office with Delita Hooks Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager coming out from behind a long closed off counter after shouting at me as she stood up and slammed the counter yelling I have no rights and than so savagedgly assaulting a patient that would be me that I almost lost my vision and than she lies to the NYPD -- I am told a Detective Andy Dwyer stating I assaulted her and in fact Andy Dwyer NYPD detectives never calls me. Why? The fix was in. Why was the fix in?
In my opinion if you are a victim of a crime and get either NYPD Det John Vergona or Det Andy Dwyer and their partners you have gotten corrupt evil cops in my opinion who fixed a violent crime -- see the video evidence below and Det Andy Dwyer -- his name accidentally dropped to me by an Internal Affairs Sgt who was not investigating either one of these sets of corrupt detectives but in fact in my opinion protecting them -- Dr Fagelman, Delita Hooks, Det Andy Dwyer and Det John Verogona, telling me "case closed" but IAB Sgt was investigating something else so the sgt. had Delita Hooks letter to the NYPD -- a letter in my opinion that underscores Delita Hooks in fact assaulted me and knowingly filed a false cross complaint (a pre-eventiive move she was advised to make by whom?) confident the NYPD corrupt cops would back her (and why would she be so confident?) and in the letter ghost written for Delita Hooks----- is a threat -- the threat -- if I file yet another assault charge against her she too will retaliate again with yet another (false) cross complaint ---again she is even confident in writing the NYPD that the corrupt NYPD will back her and to date despite this video they have protected this violent liar I call the Jodi Arias of medical reception desks and the NYPD helped Delita Hooks get away with everything but murder. Why?
9 months and 6 days since I was violently assaulted and Delita Hooks waited a day after me to file a false cross complaint I FINALLY GOT (IN MY OPINION) DET ANDY DWYER'S NAME AND THE CORRECT SPELLING FINALLY SINCE THE IAB SGT ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED IT TO ME....
What are the names and badge numbers of her corrupt detectives that in collusion Det John Vergona and his partner fixed this violent crime that left me with needed eye surgery or gone blind and permenent damage to my neck...
In my opinion Det Andy Dwyer and his partner are evil. NYPD Det Andy Dwyer for NEVER EVER contacting to interview me with these false allegations.
Det John Vergona stated he was notified by Andy Dwyer but he never gave me a name -- he was called "her detective" as delita Hooks name was withheld from me --- but Delita Hooks violated my patient privacy and got my name --- so Det John Vergona alerted two weeks after the assault October 15th but FYI -- the NYPD are legally allowed to lie to you but not your lawyer so Det John Vergona may have lied to me and the two sets of corrupt detectives in my opinion conspired to fix this violent crime for Delita Hooks and her employer Dr. Andrew Fagelman.
Either set of detectives partners could have gone to Internal Affairs to report their partner but I can tell you that Det John Vergona treated his partner truly as a "brother" putting him on the telephone like a dog that jumps threw hoops -- clearly his partner does Vergona's bidding and would never report Vergona and Det Andy Dwyer's partner never reported Andy Dwyer for not even contacting me with Delita Hooks false allegations.
The fix is in.
If you are a victim of crime you do not want these evil corrupt NYPD detectives.
Today just now after 9 months and 6 days of violence and abuse -- cyber harassing -- false blames I got the name of Det Andy Dwyer and try punching his loved ones in the eyes and than framing them.
Delita Hooks told me I have no rights yet mysteriously she got Det. Andy Dwyer and Det John Vergona to talk like her maneuqins stating this savage attack on me almost blinding me because I stood there taking a savage running punch to the eye and these evil men NYPD Andy Dwyer and Det John Vergona decided to use Delita Hooks savage lies and violence and say yes it was equal.
Det Andy Dwyer and Det John Vergona you clearly do not believe in G-d and karma. You aren't alone because your supervisors are all involved as well.
I have three videos proving in my opinion corruption and 2 are audio recordings one at the First Precinct.
My law suit delayed because it is complicated and before 2 YouTubes involing this assault and NYPD corruption were illegaly and wrongly removed a comment on behalf of these corrupt NYPD taunted me this will go no where.
Well maybe you consider it no where to have the lawsuit with your name on the World Wide Web for ever exposing your role but to make sure it doesn't get thrown out it involved the police who are suppose to police the police because anyone suing the NYPD knows you can't sue the NYPD if they don't feel like investigating a crime but you can sue the NYPD for corruption and not policing the police can't you? I think so and I promise my law suit will be quite a read.
Thanks to the delay I can now make sure Det Andy Dwyer who never even called me but fixed this violent lie in conspiracy with Det John Vergona is served as well.
Originally I had considered dropping the law suit if IAB made the arrest and punished the corrupt cops although from the DA to the NYPD it would be wrist slaps for all despite the serious damage to my neck, my eye still getting medical treatment for both and for the damages for the lies and the NYPD and now 9 moths and 6 days later IAB's role well I won't be dropping anything.
I want to make sure Andy Dwyer's name is on the law suit I hope to finish by my 51st birthday in a week if possible.
IF YOU WERE DEAD MURDERED RAPED AND MURDERED YOU WOULD NOT WANT NYPD DET ANDY DWYER OR DET JOHN VERGONA TO INVESTIGATE THE CRIME.
AS I SAID EVEN THEIR PARTNERS DID NOT REPORT THEM FIXING ME BEING VIOLENTLY ASSAULTED AND SO FAR CORRUPT COPS CONTINUE TO BE PROTECTED BY IAB PROTECTING THE NYPD BRAND.
